论第三次启蒙的构想及其基本思路

【摘要】：启蒙社会的思想大多会因为时代发展而沦为被批判的对象。发生在农业社会以激活人的精神存在为使命的"权力启蒙",已经成为了工业社会启蒙时期思想家祛魅的靶子;发生在工业社会以人格概念为制度基础、以激活人的物质存在为路径的"法的启蒙",同样留下了"绝对缺陷",导致了社会发展过程中日益扩大的"道德黑洞",并在后工业化过程中形成了彻底的"风险社会"。张康之先生的《论伦理精神》是新时代、新技术、新实践催生的新思想。根据全球化和后工业化的治理要求,突破了第一、二次启蒙的思想界域,提出了人的三重存在:物质存在、精神存在和道德存在,将道德存在应用于合作的社会并嵌入到服务型社会治理模式之中,弥补了第二次启蒙的"绝对缺陷"。这是社会治理模式设计的重大思维转变。人的道德存在的提出、理解和应用是第三次启蒙的基础,没有道德存在的第三次启蒙难以可能。
[Abstract]:Most of the thoughts of the enlightenment society will be criticized because of the development of the times.The "power enlightenment", which occurred in the agricultural society with the mission of activating the spiritual existence of human beings, has become the target of disenchantment of thinkers in the enlightenment period of the industrial society, and has taken place in the industrial society on the basis of the concept of personality.The "enlightenment of law", which takes activating the material existence of human beings as the path, also leaves "absolute defects", which leads to the increasingly expanding "moral black hole" in the process of social development and the formation of a "risk society" in the process of post-industrialization.Zhang Kangzhi's on Ethical Spirit is a new thought of new era, new technology and new practice.According to the requirements of globalization and post-industrialization, it breaks through the ideological boundary of the first and second enlightenment, and puts forward the triple existence of human beings: material existence, spiritual existence and moral existence.Applying moral existence to cooperative society and embedding it into the model of service-oriented social governance makes up for the "absolute defect" of the second enlightenment.This is a major change of thinking in the design of the social governance model.The foundation of the third enlightenment is to understand and apply the human moral existence, and it is difficult to obtain the third enlightenment without the moral existence.
