工程伦理规范何以可能

【摘要】：工程伦理规范经过一百余年的历史发展,已成为工程职业化发展和工程职业制度的重要内容,推动了工程职业精神的提升和工程技术创新的发展。在明晰工程伦理规范历史发展经验的基础上,通过对工程伦理规范与科学伦理规范的比较分析,指出我国工程伦理规范认知误区的表象与理由,并提出大力推进自治、自主的工程职业组织和工程职业制度建设为基础,促进我国工程伦理规范的制定和完善,以推动工程职业化进程,提升工程职业能力和技术创新水平。
[Abstract]:After more than 100 years of historical development, the code of engineering ethics has become an important part of engineering professional development and engineering professional system, and has promoted the promotion of engineering professional spirit and the development of engineering technology innovation. On the basis of clarifying the historical development experience of engineering ethics norms, through the comparative analysis of engineering ethics norms and scientific ethics norms, this paper points out the appearance and reasons of misunderstandings of engineering ethics norms in our country, and puts forward to vigorously promote autonomy. On the basis of independent engineering professional organization and construction of engineering professional system, it promotes the establishment and perfection of engineering ethics in our country, in order to promote the process of engineering professionalization, and promote the level of engineering professional ability and technical innovation.
