老子养生思想的多维伦理意蕴解析

【摘要】：老子养生思想贯穿"贵生重命"的生命伦理精神,体现对世界生命、整体生命和个体生命的尊重和维护;表现为"致虚守静"的心性道德修炼过程,意在使人归于真朴的身心和谐状态;潜藏着"道法自然"的深生态伦理意识,是一种以生命为本位的生态自我实现;富含"慈俭谦让"的社会伦理价值,以养生之德促进社会和谐;开启了"身国同治"的政治伦理渊薮,为体会现代民主政治理念创造了新的途径。
[Abstract]:Laozi's thought of preserving health runs through the life ethics spirit of "precious life and heavy life", which embodies the respect and maintenance of the world life, the whole life and the individual life. It is intended to make people belong to the true state of physical and mental harmony, to hide the deep ecological ethics consciousness of "Taoism and nature", is a kind of ecological self-realization based on life, and is rich in the social ethical value of "kindness and frugality". Promoting social harmony by virtue of preserving health, opening the political ethics of "governing one's own country and country" and creating a new way to understand the modern democratic political idea.
