基于道德直觉的道德判断何以可能

【摘要】：道德判断双系统理论、休谟式道德直觉理论以及情感理性主义/感情直觉主义,是当前热议的道德直觉理论。通过对上述理论的考察,我们可以发现,当我们作出道德判断时,并非单一地基于认知过程/理性推理,或单一地基于非认知因素/道德情感,而是基于能够综合以上两方面因素的"道德直觉"。因此,通过重新整合新理性直觉主义语境中的"道德直觉"概念,可以为道德判断与理性、情感之间架设桥梁,并证明我们是依据我们的道德直觉作出道德判断的。
[Abstract]:The theory of double system of moral judgment, Hume's theory of moral intuition and emotional rationalism / sentimental intuitionism are the popular theories of moral intuition. By examining the above theories, we can find that when we make moral judgments, we are not based solely on cognitive process / rational reasoning, or on non-cognitive factors / moral emotions. It is based on a "moral intuition" that combines these two factors. Therefore, by reintegrating the concept of "moral intuition" in the context of neo-rational intuitionism, we can build a bridge between moral judgment and reason and emotion, and prove that we make moral judgments on the basis of our moral intuition.
