气候伦理研究的依据与视野——根治灾疫之难的全球伦理行动方案

【摘要】：气候领域的全部论争,都与"气候变化"概念的似是而非相关联。能够正确陈述气候恶化状况并能化解各种无为论争的科学概念是"气候变换"和"气候失律":气候失律是气候变换因外力作用被迫丧失自身时空韵律的呈现状态,它既可以气候变暖的方式展开,也可以气候变冷的方式展开。"气候失律"使气候研究从自然科学领域拓展到社会科学领域成为可能,并构成气候政治学、气候经济学等学科探讨的真实出发点;并且,恢复失律的气候,构成了气候之自然科学和社会科学研究的共同努力目标。自然科学和社会科学在气候研究上要实现这一共同目标,必须达成一种全球化的和生境主义的伦理共识,由此,气候伦理研究变得可能,并将成为其必须的奠基性探讨和引导性智慧。
[Abstract]:The whole debate over climate is paradoxically related to the concept of climate change. The scientific concepts that can correctly state the situation of climate deterioration and resolve all kinds of arguments of inaction are "climate transformation" and "climate loss of rhythm": climate law loss is the state in which climate change is forced to lose its own temporal and spatial rhythm due to external forces. It can be unfolded in either a warming or a colder climate. " Climate Law loss "makes it possible for the study of climate to expand from the field of natural science to the field of social science, and constitutes the real starting point for the study of climate politics, climate economics, etc., and the restoration of irregular climate," It constitutes the common goal of natural and social science research on climate. In order to achieve this common goal in climate research, natural and social sciences must reach a global and habitat ethical consensus, which makes it possible to study climate ethics. And will become its essential foundation discussion and guiding wisdom.
