【摘要】：人类增强技术的问题是近些年伴随着现代生命科技飞速发展而凸显的具有较多伦理争议的社会现实热点问题,因其涉及到人类的切身生存和健康方面以及今后社会的发展方向等一系列重大且现实的问题,已然成为目前各个领域专家和学者热切关注的前沿问题。对于人类增强技术的研究不仅仅是科学技术领域所要关注的问题,更是伦理道德领域所要重视的问题。人类对于由科学技术所引起的社会影响以及所造成的社会后果不仅负有道义上的责任更应该肩负起实践上的责任。为了人类可以有道德地生活与行动,因而更加需要对增强技术的实践应用进行伦理研究与探讨。本文从内涵、问题、原因以及对策等几个方面对人类增强这个前沿问题进行伦理研究,主要包括为其提供理论上的辩护,并对其进行价值引导,使其无论是在伦理层面,还是在实践层面都能够得到有效的辩护与合理的应用。人类增强技术的发展之所以引起一系列的争论与冲突,实质上是生命科学技术的“可行”与生命伦理的“应该”之间的深层矛盾与冲突的显现。因而对于人类增强技术的伦理研究不仅需要理论层面对其进行深入剖析,通过对人类增强技术问题的理性审视,以及对生命科学技术发展的重新评估与规范,从形而上的哲学视角为其提供有效的理论依据和合乎伦理的基本原则和应用原则,进而有效地解决技术与伦理规范和道德价值之间的冲突;还需要实践的层面加强对人类增强技术具体实践应用的监管与控制,制定相应的政策与策略。通过对人类增强技术进行整体性地把握,针对其引发的相关伦理问题进行系统性的探索,以及对其进行伦理学的理论辩护和合理的伦理原则的构建,从而确保人类增强技术的积极正向发展。对于人类增强技术的发展与应用唯有理论与实际相结合,对其进行全面的考量与评估,既不影响技术真正地造福于人类,也不会出现社会限制技术本身的发展与进步从而丧失更多新的契机。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern life science and technology in recent years, the issue of human enhancement technology has become a hot issue of social reality with many ethical disputes. As a series of important and realistic problems, such as the survival and health of human beings and the direction of social development in the future, it has become a frontier issue that experts and scholars in various fields have paid close attention to. The research of human enhancement technology is not only a problem to be paid attention to in the field of science and technology, but also a problem that should be paid attention to in the field of ethics and morality. Human beings bear not only the moral responsibility but also the practical responsibility for the social impact caused by science and technology and the social consequences caused by it. In order for human beings to live and act morally, it is necessary to conduct ethical research and discussion on the practical application of enhanced technology. This paper carries on the ethics research to the human enhancement this frontier question from the connotation, the question, the reason and the countermeasure and so on several aspects, mainly includes provides the theoretical defense for it, and carries on the value guidance to it, makes it whether in the ethics aspect, Still can get effective defense and reasonable application in practice level. The development of human enhancement technology causes a series of disputes and conflicts, which is essentially the deep contradiction and conflict between the "feasibility" of life science and technology and the "should" of life ethics. Therefore, the ethical study of human enhancement technology needs not only theoretical analysis, but also a rational examination of human enhancement technology, as well as a re-evaluation and regulation of the development of life science and technology. From the perspective of metaphysical philosophy, it provides effective theoretical basis and ethical basic principles and application principles, and then effectively resolves the conflict between technology and ethical norms and moral values; It is also necessary to strengthen the supervision and control of the practical application of human enhancement technology and to formulate corresponding policies and strategies. Through the holistic grasp of human enhancement technology, the related ethical problems caused by it are systematically explored, as well as the theoretical defense of ethics and the construction of reasonable ethical principles. So as to ensure the positive development of human enhancement technology. For the development and application of human enhancement technology, only the combination of theory and practice, comprehensive consideration and evaluation of it, will not affect the true benefits of technology to mankind. Nor will there be social constraints on the development and progress of technology itself, thus losing more new opportunities.
