【摘要】：松下幸之助企业管理思想被全球各地企业家们所效仿,中国古代儒家传统伦理,中国道家思想,日本神道教思想和士魂商才精神,西方人本主义文化等,对松下企业伦理思想的形成具有重要影响。松下幸之助从幼年开始的工作经历以及二战期间电器业的艰难发展,也为松下企业伦理思想的形成提供了实践基础。在松下企业管理实践中,无不渗透着企业伦理价值,松下企业能够正确处理企业与社会的关系,正确处理领导与员工的关系,正确处理企业与消费者的关系等,指引企业在发展过程中坚持经济效益和社会效益的统一,在企业发展的同时,为员工发展谋福利,指引企业领导者重视加强自身修养,提升自身素质等,这些企业伦理精神对当前我国企业发展具有重要指导借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Matsushita Konosuke enterprise management thought has been imitated by entrepreneurs all over the world, Chinese ancient Confucian traditional ethics, Chinese Taoist thought, Japanese Shinto thought and the spirit of spiritual talent, western humanism culture, etc. Panasonic business ethics has an important impact on the formation of ideas. Matsushita Konosuke's work experience from infancy and the difficult development of electrical industry during World War II also provided a practical basis for the formation of Panasonic enterprise ethics. In Panasonic enterprise management practice, all permeate the enterprise ethics value, Panasonic enterprise can correctly handle the relationship between the enterprise and the society, correctly handle the relationship between the leader and the staff, correctly handle the relationship between the enterprise and the consumer, etc. Guiding enterprises to adhere to the unity of economic and social benefits in the process of development, at the same time, in the development of enterprises, for the benefit of staff development, guiding enterprise leaders to pay attention to strengthening their own cultivation, improve their own quality, etc. These enterprise ethics spirit has the important guidance significance to the present our country enterprise development.
