【摘要】：发展与正义的关系问题是启蒙以来现代性文化一以贯之的主题。一切有关发展的智识层面的激烈论争,某种意义上都是围绕此展开的。1950年代以后,就范式变革而言,世界范围内有关发展的理论反思与实践探索,集中体现在对发展自身所蕴含着的规范性内容——对正义理念之呈现方式与实现方略等的持续关切与理据辩护。正义信念引导的发展实践,矫正和纠偏了旧的发展伦理、发展价值观的坐标方位,引起了人类生存与生活方式的渐进性变革。"五大理念"的提出及其制度性实践,坚持以人民利益本位的社会正义名义,着力彰显中国特色理论、制度、道路和文化之社会公共价值逻辑,致力于对以往抽象的"伦理型发展"理念全面反思与有效超越,成为人类文明转型新时期有关发展理念、发展模式之引领性的发展实践创新典范。
