利益视角下科技价值观的人文关注探析

【摘要】：以"罗马俱乐部"的《增长的极限》为代表的悲观主义、以卡恩《今后二百年》为代表的乐观主义、以莱斯特·布朗《综观世界全局》为代表的现实主义以及反对科技价值中立论的观点等西方科技价值观,启示科技价值观要有人文关注才能使科技真正为人谋福利。从利益视角来看,科技价值观的人文关注逻辑为:从利益立足点来说,将局部本位利益得失与类整体利益相统一作为内生动力;从利益关联性来说,将注重人的追求与健康生态相协调作复合抉择;从利益的实现来说,将工具理性与价值理性相整合作理性引导。
[Abstract]:The pessimism represented by "the limit of growth" of the "Rome Club" and the optimism represented by Strauss-Kahn 's "the next two hundred years" The realism represented by Leicester Brown's the overall situation of the World and the viewpoint of opposing the neutral theory of the value of science and technology reveal that the values of science and technology should have humanistic attention in order to make science and technology for the benefit of people. From the perspective of interest, the humanistic concern logic of the value of science and technology is: from the standpoint of interest, we should unify the gain and loss of local interest standard with the whole interest of the class as the endogenous motive force, and from the angle of interest correlation, It is necessary to make a compound choice between the pursuit of human beings and the healthy ecology, and to integrate instrumental rationality and value rationality as rational guidance from the point of view of the realization of interests.
