科技风险与科技伦理

【摘要】：风险性是科学技术的内在属性,科技风险及其带来的负面效应是现代社会人类面临的伦理难题,其根源是人类对科技理性的滥用。唤醒人类的道德理性自觉,倡导科技伦理,才是规避科技风险、关注人类未来命运和促进人与自然和谐发展的必由之路。
[Abstract]:Risk is the inherent attribute of science and technology. The risk of science and technology and its negative effects are the ethical problems facing human beings in modern society, whose root is the abuse of science and technology rationality by human beings. To awaken human moral rational consciousness and advocate scientific and technological ethics is the only way to avoid the risks of science and technology, to pay attention to the future fate of mankind and to promote the harmonious development between man and nature.
