从融合到分离再到融合——唯物辩证法视域下的制度与伦理

【摘要】:唯物辩证法认为世界上的一切事物都处于相互影响、相互作用、相互制约之中,事物之间的普遍联系和相对独立存在是互为前提的。其否定之否定规律揭示了事物发展的一般趋势,在这个过程中事物不断地被扬弃、变化和更新。故在此视域下,制度与伦理从融合到分离再到融合的过程符合事物发展的一般规律,也是制度与伦理发展的必然趋势,且第二次融合是在第一次融合基础之上的制度伦理的不断完善和发展。当然,所谓制度与伦理的"融合"或"分离"都是相对的,既不可能完全融合,亦不可能彻底分离。
[Abstract]:Materialist dialectics holds that everything in the world is in the process of mutual influence, interaction and restriction, and the universal connection and relatively independent existence of things are mutual premises. The law of negation reveals the general trend of the development of things, in which things are constantly abandoned, changed and renewed. Therefore, from this perspective, the process of institution and ethics from fusion to separation and then to integration accords with the general law of the development of things, and is also the inevitable trend of the development of institution and ethics. The second fusion is the continuous improvement and development of institutional ethics based on the first fusion. Of course, the so-called "fusion" or "separation" of institution and ethics is relative, and neither can it be completely integrated nor completely separated.
