日本长寿企业的企业伦理共通性研究

【摘要】：近年来,我国企业违法现象多发,劣质的商品与服务不仅让企业声名扫地,也让广大消费者蒙受了巨大的损失。为了买到优质产品,享受优质服务,我国消费者热衷于海外购物的现象屡见不鲜。与此相对,与我国一衣带水的邻邦日本虽然也经历了经济低迷、发展困难的时期,但是仍然有许多克服困难经营活动超过100年或者数百年的企业。通过调查不难发现这些企业遍布各类产业,并且大多数拥有家训、社训等包含伦理观的企业理念,企业伦理成为这些企业存续的重要支撑。这些长寿企业的企业伦理或许存在某种共通性。这便是本文的研究对象及动机来源。而中国的企业据调查显示超过百年的长寿企业不足10家,本文希望通过对日本企业伦理的论证分析,为我国企业的持续性发展提供参考。为考察日本长寿企业的企业伦理,本文采用抽样调查法,从经营持续时间长的企业中按产业进行分类,各抽选一个企业,分别是制造业的盐濑总本家、零售业的松坂屋、批发业的冈谷钢机、服务业的野田岩及建筑业的金刚组。这些企业都拥有超过200年以上的历史。本文按以下章节进行了论证分析。第一章:阐述本论文的研究对象、目的及意义。在前人研究的基础上提出自己的观点。第二章:将企业伦理分类,总结其所包含的要素。第三章:在第二章的基础上,从个人伦理,职业伦理、组织伦理三个方面分析作为调查对象的五个企业,讨论这些企业在企业伦理上的共通性。第四章:探究日本长寿企业的企业伦理对中国企业的借鉴之处。第五章:得出结论。长寿企业具有以下共通性:1、个人伦理:自律精神,尊重他人;2、职业伦理:对商品和服务质量的保证;3、组织伦理:重视员工、“顾客志向”(顾客中心)。对于中国企业的借鉴之处:中国企业需要重视经营者精神自律、以人为本的员工管理、“顾客志向”三个方面。在未来企业的社会责任将会变得越来越重要。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the illegal phenomenon of enterprises in our country is frequent, the inferior goods and services not only discredit the enterprises, but also make the consumers suffer huge losses. In order to buy high-quality products and enjoy high-quality service, the phenomenon that Chinese consumers are keen on overseas shopping is common. On the other hand, although Japan, a neighboring country in China, has also experienced a period of economic downturn and difficult development, there are still many enterprises that overcame the difficulties in their business activities for more than 100 years or hundreds of years. Through investigation, it is not difficult to find that these enterprises are all over all kinds of industries, and most of them have family instruction, social training and other business concepts including ethics, corporate ethics has become an important support for the survival of these enterprises. There may be some commonality in the corporate ethics of these long-lived businesses. This is the object of this study and the source of motivation. According to the survey of Chinese enterprises, there are less than 10 long-lived enterprises over a hundred years. This paper hopes to provide a reference for the sustainable development of Chinese enterprises through the demonstration and analysis of Japanese corporate ethics. In order to investigate the corporate ethics of Japanese longevity enterprises, this paper adopts the sampling survey method, classifies the enterprises by industry from the enterprises with a long operating period, and selects one enterprise each, which is the general home of the manufacturing industry and the Matsuzaka house of the retail trade. The wholesale industry of Okayu steel machine, the service industry of Noda rock and construction sector of the Diamond Group. These enterprises have a history of more than 200 years. This article has carried on the demonstration analysis according to the following chapter. Chapter one: expound the research object, purpose and significance of this paper. On the basis of previous studies, I put forward my own point of view. The second chapter: classifies the enterprise ethics, summarizes its contains the essential factor. Chapter three: on the basis of the second chapter, the author analyzes the five enterprises which are the object of investigation from three aspects of personal ethics, professional ethics and organizational ethics, and discusses the commonality of these enterprises in corporate ethics. Chapter four: explore the corporate ethics of Japanese longevity enterprises for reference to Chinese enterprises. Chapter five: draw a conclusion. Longevity enterprises have the following commonality: 1: 1, personal ethics: self-discipline, respect for others, professional ethics: guarantee of the quality of goods and services, organizational ethics: pay attention to employees, "customer ambition" (customer center). For the reference of Chinese enterprises: Chinese enterprises need to attach importance to the spirit of self-discipline managers, people-oriented staff management, "customer aspirations" three aspects. Corporate social responsibility will become more and more important in the future.
