中国式“家本伦理”的三重内涵

【摘要】:与西方"祛家化"的伦理形成鲜明对比,一种对"家"的高度肯定的"家本伦理"已成为中国伦理之为中国伦理的应有之义。这种"家本伦理"之于"家"的高度肯定,表现在它把伦理不是视为知识建构,而是视为生命的自然而然的体现,从而使自身趣向伦理的体现论;它使伦理不是基于意识自我,而是基于"身体间性",从而使自身从属于"生命的对话"的伦理;就其方法论而言,中国伦理与其说是逻辑学的,不如说是类推性的,从而使自身以"家族类似"为伦理的不二法门。这种类推性法则的推出,不仅意味着中国伦理与作为知识变种的西方伦理分道扬镳,还使中国伦理与文学艺术会流,被纳入美学的轨道,并使中国伦理以善与美的合一,最终代表了既不同于普遍主义的德性伦理,又有别于相对主义的"角色伦理"的一种人类"第三条道路"的伦理的确立。
[Abstract]:In contrast to the western ethics of "removing home", a kind of "family based ethics", which is highly positive for "home", has become the proper meaning of Chinese ethics. The high affirmation of this kind of "home-based ethics" to "family" is manifested in that it regards ethics not as knowledge construction, but as a natural embodiment of life, thus making itself interested in ethical embodiment theory; it makes ethics not based on conscious self. It is based on the ethics of "interbody nature", which subordinates itself to the "dialogue of life"; in terms of its methodology, Chinese ethics is not so much logical as analogizing, In order to make their own "family similar" as the ethics of the two ways. The introduction of this analogy law not only means that Chinese ethics and western ethics as a variant of knowledge diverge, but also makes Chinese ethics and literature and art flow into the orbit of aesthetics, and makes Chinese ethics in the unity of goodness and beauty. Finally, it represents the establishment of the third way of human ethics, which is not only different from the moral ethics of universalism, but also different from the "role ethics" of relativism.
