“治身”与“治政”——试析《论语》中所见的自我管理思想及其意义

【摘要】：《论语》呈现了基于"为己"的从"治身"到"治政"的演进脉络:首先是确立主体意识之身,进而是修养自然质朴之身,再提升到培育正社会期待之身,最后发展到为政理群的忠恕之身。在此过程中,"身体"既是行动发生的主动者和承担者,也是方便言说的一个隐喻。政治、管理与生命、伦理通过身体的自然相通,使伦理化政治、自我管理成为儒学传统不言而喻的重要特色。正视和反思这一传统,有助于使政治学、管理学的发展脉络更为多元。
[Abstract]:The Analects of Analects presents the evolution from "governing the body" to "governing the government" based on "for oneself": first, to establish the body of the subject consciousness, then to cultivate the body of natural simplicity, and then to raise the body of positive social expectation. Finally, it developed into the faithful and forgiving of the political group. In this process, the body is not only the initiator and bearer of action, but also a convenient metaphor. Politics, management, life and ethics make the politics of ethics and self-management an important characteristic of Confucian tradition. Facing up to and reflecting on this tradition will help to make the development of politics and management more diversified.
