新生代农民工公德问题研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济社会的不断发展,“农民工”这个改革开放过程中形成的特殊群体在城市发展建设中的作用日益突出,而生于80、90年代的“新生代农民工”不仅成为其中的“主力军”,也成为了城市中不可忽视的庞大群体。但是,由于城乡差距的客观存在,城市中人与人的陌生、疏远、防备,新生代农民工步入城市后必然会出现身份的不适应和困惑,由于受到排斥和身份的不被认同,导致其本能的抗拒城市的公德,不仅制约其自身发展,也影响着城镇化进程。本文由伦理视域出发,通过文献法、访谈法、案例分析法、比较分析法,对新生代农民工公德问题进行客观详实的系统分析。首先,介绍了研究新生代农民工公德问题的理论意义和现实意义,对国内外研究现状进行了总结和归纳,分析出国内研究新生代农民工问题几种方向以及国外社会公德研究现状,并提出了论文创新点。其次,对新生代农民工进行界定,分析其主要特点:相对独立性、个体差异性、群体稳定性,并对社会公德等相关概念的阐述,提出提升新生代农民工公德的重要意义,即:不仅能够加速其市民化进程,也有助于全民公德的提升,更有助于加快我国构建和谐社会的步伐。然后,由文明礼貌、助人为乐、爱护公物、保护环境、遵纪守法五方面出发,具体阐释了新生代农民工社会公德缺失的现状,即:缺乏社会公德意识,还不能完全自觉、自主地遵守社会公德,其突出表现在:公共场所大声喧哗、说脏话;冷漠自私、见义不为;随意破坏公共财物、乱写乱画;乱扔垃圾、浪费资源;触犯法律、参与犯罪等方面。同时,由社会环境、政府管理、个体自身三方面对其原因进行系统分析。最后,由制度建设、社会舆论、个人认同三方面出发,提出提升新生代农民工社会公德有效途径,即:全社会以及新生代农民工自身共同努力才能取得实际的成效。一要建立科学、合理、完善的制度政策;二要形成积极、健康、向上的正确社会舆论引导;三要形成与城市相互适应、融合的个体素质,加速市民化进程,早日真正融入现代城市。
[Abstract]:With the economic and social development of our country, the role of "migrant workers", a special group formed in the process of reform and opening up, in urban development and construction has become increasingly prominent. The "new generation of migrant workers" born in the 1980s and 1990s has not only become the "main force", but also become a huge group which can not be ignored in the city. However, due to the existence of the gap between urban and rural areas and the strange, alienating and defensive relationship between people in the city, the new generation of migrant workers will inevitably appear identity inadaptability and confusion when they enter the city, because they are excluded and not recognized as such. It causes its instinctive resistance to urban morality, not only restricts its own development, but also affects the process of urbanization. From the perspective of ethics, through the methods of literature, interview, case analysis and comparative analysis, this paper makes a systematic and objective analysis of the new generation of migrant workers' public morality. First of all, it introduces the theoretical and practical significance of the research on the new generation of migrant workers' public morality, and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the research directions of the new generation of migrant workers in China and the present situation of the research on social morality in foreign countries, and puts forward the innovative points of the paper. Secondly, it defines the new generation of migrant workers, analyzes its main characteristics: relative independence, individual difference, group stability, and social morality and other related concepts, and puts forward the significance of promoting the new generation of migrant workers' public morality. That is, it can not only accelerate the process of citizenship, but also promote the public morality, and accelerate the pace of building a harmonious society in our country. Then, from the five aspects of being polite, helping others, loving public property, protecting the environment and abiding by the law, this paper concretely explains the present situation of the lack of social morality of the new generation of migrant workers, that is, the lack of a sense of social morality, and not being fully conscious of it. Abide by social morality independently, its outstanding performance is: the public place loud noise, says the dirty language; Apathy, selfishness, see righteousness do not do; destroy public property at will, write littering; litter, waste resources; break the law, participate in crime and so on. At the same time, by the social environment, government management, the individual three aspects of its causes are systematically analyzed. Finally, from the three aspects of system construction, public opinion and personal identity, this paper puts forward an effective way to promote the social morality of the new generation of migrant workers, that is, the whole society and the new generation of migrant workers can make joint efforts to achieve practical results. First, it is necessary to establish scientific, reasonable and perfect system policies, second, to form positive, healthy and upward correct social public opinion guidance. Third, it is necessary to form the individual quality of mutual adaptation and integration with the city, accelerate the process of urbanization, and truly integrate into the modern city as soon as possible.
