政治实践与人的德性——儒学视阈中的为政和成人

【摘要】:儒家注重为政与为政者人格修养之间的关联。在总体上,儒家所理解的政治实践主体以贤和能的统一为指向,其中贤主要涉及内在德性。对儒家而言,人的德性关乎为政的价值方向,并从内在的方面担保了为政过程的正当性。在儒家看来,为政者品格的养成离不开后天的修为,有见于此,儒家对修身予以高度重视。修身过程展开于不同方面,德性和品格也体现于多样的关系并在以上关系的展开中获得具体内涵。与为政过程无法分离的德性和人格,同时涉及"如何培养"的问题。在儒家那里,人格的培养与"性"和"习"、本体和工夫的互动相关联,并最后落实于知与行的统一。
[Abstract]:Confucianists pay attention to the relationship between political and political personality cultivation. On the whole, the main body of political practice understood by Confucianism is directed by the unity of virtue and ability, in which the virtuous are mainly concerned with internal virtue. To the Confucianists, the virtue of man is related to the value direction of politics, and it guarantees the legitimacy of the process of governance from the internal aspect. In the view of Confucianism, the cultivation of political character can not be separated from the acquired practice. Therefore, Confucianism attaches great importance to self-cultivation. The process of self-cultivation is carried out in different aspects, and the morality and character are embodied in various relationships and the concrete connotations are obtained in the development of the above relationships. Morality and personality, which cannot be separated from the process of governance, involve the question of how to cultivate. In Confucianism, the cultivation of personality is related to the interaction of "sex" and "learning", Noumenon and time, and is finally implemented in the unity of knowledge and action.
