约纳斯责任伦理风险观内涵研究

【摘要】：技术时代的风险不同于前技术时代的风险,它具有明显的时代特征。身居技术"座架"下的人类命运受到了前所未有的威胁,不仅自然生态系统卷入技术运动的漩涡,就连人类未来种族的延续也面临着风险的考验。责任伦理风险观,应时代所需而产生。本文通过对责任伦理风险观内涵的研究,用责任伦理规避技术时代的风险,既有理论原则、方法,又有应用实践的途径,希望对解决技术时代的风险问题提供借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:The risk of the technological age is different from the risk of the pre-technological age, and it has obvious characteristics of the times. The fate of human being under the "seat frame" of living technology is threatened by the unprecedented, not only the natural ecosystem is involved in the whirlpool of technology movement, but also the continuation of human race in the future is faced with the test of risk. The concept of responsibility ethics risk comes into being according to the needs of the times. Through the study of the connotation of the risk view of responsibility ethics, this paper uses the responsibility ethics to avoid the risk in the technology age, which is not only theoretical principle, method, but also the way of application practice, hoping to provide reference for solving the risk problem in the technology age.
