科技发展的伦理困境及其对人类道德建构的影响

【摘要】：科技伦理困境的生成,是由科学技术的发明、创造及其在人类社会生产与社会生活诸领域的广泛运用所催生的新的伦理关系与现实的伦理关系之间的矛盾与冲突所导致的。由于科技伦理困境内含着人类新的伦理(道德)关系的形式及其内在的走向,因而科技伦理困境的生成与凸显,不仅有利于促进人类对现实生存的伦理(道德)关系、伦理(道德)观念与伦理(道德)秩序的反思,而且也有利于推动人类对适应新的伦理(道德)关系要求的伦理(道德)观念与伦理(道德)秩序的建构。当然,人类是否能够在对现实生存的伦理(道德)关系、伦理(道德)观念与伦理(道德)秩序反思的基础上建构起积极而健康的伦理(道德)生活秩序,则取决于人类对一定的科技伦理困境的认识与科学把握所能实现的程度。
[Abstract]:The emergence of the dilemma of science and technology ethics is caused by the contradiction and conflict between the new ethical relationship and the realistic ethical relationship, which is caused by the invention, creation and wide application of science and technology in the fields of human social production and social life. Because science and technology ethics is trapped in the form of human new ethical (moral) relationship and its internal trend, the formation and prominence of scientific and technological ethics dilemma is not only conducive to promoting the ethical (moral) relationship of human existence to reality. The reflection of ethical (moral) concepts and ethical (moral) orders is also conducive to promoting the construction of ethical (moral) concepts and ethical (moral) orders adapted to the requirements of new ethical (moral) relations. Of course, is it possible for mankind to construct a positive and healthy ethical (moral) life order on the basis of reflection on the ethical (moral) relations, ethical (moral) concepts and ethical (moral) order of realistic existence? It depends on the understanding of certain ethical dilemma of science and technology and the extent to which the scientific grasp can be realized.
