“一锅煮”:陇中地区残酷的割蜜方法——兼谈人类“用物”的伦理选择

【摘要】：在陇中地区,养蜂具有悠久的历史,蜂蜜和蜂蜡等蜂产品是当地有名的特产。长期以来,陇中养蜂人采用残忍的"一锅煮"方式割取蜂蜜,求食求物的需要与杀生的罪孽感出现冲突,养蜂人便用蜂蜡制作蜡烛敬神祭祖来进行自我心理安慰。"用物"是指人类利用甚至杀戮或食用动物,类似于"一锅煮"割蜜的残酷现象在"用物"过程中经常出现,出现一种伦理困境。应该确立反残酷的基本理念,禁止虐食、虐杀、虐取、虐玩、虐养行为,赋予"用物"最低限度福利。要坚持人文精神,对中国传统饮食文化予以扬弃,并汲取西方动物福利观念中的精髓。

Beekeepers used beeswax to make candles to worship God and worship their ancestors to carry out self-psychological comfort. " The use of things "refers to the human use or even killing or eating animals, similar to the" one-pot "honey cutting cruel phenomenon frequently appears in the" use of things "process, there is an ethical dilemma. We should establish the basic concept of anti-cruelty, prohibit food abuse, killing, abusing, and giving minimum welfare to "used goods". We should adhere to the humanistic spirit, sublate the traditional Chinese diet culture, and absorb the essence of the western concept of animal welfare.
