科斯佳对规范性问题的证明——一种强硬性辩护

【摘要】：规范性问题是当今道德哲学研究的重点之一。然而,有关规范性问题的争论却是众说纷纭。科斯佳作为第一个系统地提出规范性问题的研究者,基于一种康德式的视角为该问题的回答提供了一种积极强硬的辩护。那么,科斯佳是如何为规范性问题提供这种积极强硬的辩护呢?通过考察我们会发现,一方面,科斯佳继承康德,认为反思性的心灵概念能够给出具有普遍性的绝对命令;另一方面,科斯佳通过区分康德所提出的绝对命令和道德法则公式表明,我们需要进一步地上升到有关同一性的探讨才能彻底完成对规范性问题的解答。
[Abstract]:Normative issues are one of the key points in the study of moral philosophy. However, the debate on normative issues is divided. As the first researcher to systematically put forward normative questions, Cosga provides a positive and tough defense for the answer to this question from a Kant perspective. So how does Cosga provide such a positive and tough defense of normative issues? Through the investigation, we will find that, on the one hand, Cosga inherits Kant and thinks that the reflective concept of mind can give a universal absolute command; On the other hand, by distinguishing the absolute command and moral law formula put forward by Kant, Cosga shows that we need to further rise to the discussion of identity in order to completely complete the answer to normative questions.
