差异合理性与面向“他者”的实践-正当性生存智慧——“正义社会”的现代性悖歧及其价值理性期许

【摘要】：“正义社会”的理论和实践,是文明转型新时期包括中国思想界在内的全球社会,对宇宙大道之深彻的集体性体悟,以及在此基础上对现代社会合理的构成理据之自主、自觉的探索。“正义社会”所带来的是一种全新的“社会理性”的培养和化育工程,标志着我们这个时代社会公共价值实践之基点的确立:在社会存在的真理性信念上,着眼市场化社会“异质性生存现实”,强调由传统的组织社会生活的“权力-强制性真理”观走向现代“信念-协同性真理”观;在社会治理模式上,立足“正义社会”本有和应有的总体性反思及其超越性诉求维度,力图实现一种“公共性文化信念”制导下的“以善治善”;而在现代个体之理想的生存范式选择层面,则倡导一种面向“他者”的实践-正当性生存智慧,从而有效激励社群共同体内成员将社会化的外部行为,转化为社会整全性的价值选择与行为理念。
