绿色发展理念的伦理内涵与实现路径

【摘要】：绿色发展以可持续性为价值核心,集中表现为处理人与自然关系时所应遵循的价值标准、价值目标和价值规范的有机统一。十八届五中全会提出的绿色发展,是对长期以来我国不合理发展方式的反思,具有深刻的现实背景。实现绿色发展,必须坚持走人与自然和谐共生的德化互动道路;建构"善"的生存方式,转变发展模式,推崇绿色消费;逐步完善政府主导、各方参与的环境保护机制,推进制度化建设,构建起整体善的生态发展体系。
[Abstract]:Green development takes sustainability as the core of value, and focuses on the organic unity of value standards, value objectives and value norms that should be followed in dealing with the relationship between man and nature. The green development put forward by the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is a reflection on the unreasonable development mode of our country for a long time and has a profound realistic background. To realize green development, we must adhere to the road of moral interaction of harmonious symbiosis between man and nature; construct the survival mode of "good", change the development mode and advocate green consumption; gradually perfect the environmental protection mechanism led by the government and all parties involved, promote the institutionalization construction, and construct the ecological development system of the whole good.
