论道德上的完全义务与不完全义务

【摘要】：由于对"义务"存在不同的理解,对道德义务能否做一种"完全义务"与"不完全义务"的区分在伦理学家之间存有分歧。道德上的完全义务与不完全义务的区分虽不像法律义务与道德义务的区分那样明确,但其间的差别还是显而易见的。正确认识这种差别,避免两者之间的混淆,把握道德义务的层次性,对于充分发挥道德的规范和引导功能具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Because of the different understanding of "obligation", there are differences between ethicists as to whether moral obligation can make a distinction between "complete obligation" and "incomplete obligation". Although the distinction between moral complete obligation and incomplete obligation is not as clear as the distinction between legal obligation and moral obligation, the difference between them is obvious. It is of great significance to correctly understand this difference, avoid the confusion between the two and grasp the hierarchy of moral obligations in order to give full play to the normative and guiding functions of morality.
