全球化趋势下中国反偷渡问题研究

【摘要】：在全球化迅猛发展的当今,人口流动急剧增长。与此同时,反偷渡斗争也更加激烈复杂。我国的出入境(国)管理工作面临新的更大的挑战。本文试从中国反偷渡的背景、所面临的困难,当前偷渡的特点和手段着手总结分析,并借鉴国外的一些成功作法,力图探索出一些适合我国国情的反偷渡对策,为改革开放和社会主义建设服务。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of globalization, population mobility is increasing rapidly. At the same time, the anti-smuggling struggle is also more intense and complex. China's entry-exit (national) management is facing new and greater challenges. This paper tries to sum up and analyze the background, difficulties, characteristics and means of smuggling in China, and draw lessons from some successful practices in foreign countries, and try to find out some countermeasures that are suitable for the situation of our country. To serve the reform and opening up and socialist construction.
