铸造世纪新警魂──齐齐哈尔市交警支队思想政治工作纪实

【摘要】：黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市公安交警支队自 １９９６年年底新一届领导班子组成以来。以崭新的精神面貌，忘我的工作热情，创造了非常突出的工作业绩，，赢得了各级领导的充分肯定和人民群众的广泛赞誉１９９７年至 ２０００年，支队两次荣立集体二等功，２５次受到省市有关部门的表彰奖励，有１６２人次分别荣立个人一、二、三等功和上级部门的嘉奖。支队还连续四年被评为全省交警系统深化学习济南交警活动示范支队。党委书记、支队长张宝德同志被国家公安部授予“全国优秀人民警察”光荣称号。是什么使支队面貌一新？是“三个代表”、“三项教育”的深入贯彻落实，是强有力的思想政治工作，是建设了一支过硬的“钢班子”和“铁队伍”。他们的经验值得我们学习和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The traffic police detachment of Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province, has been formed since the end of 1996. With a brand new spirit and selfless enthusiasm for work, it has created very outstanding work achievements, won the full affirmation of leaders at all levels and the broad praise of the people from 1997 to 2000, and the detachment has twice won the second class of collective meritorious service. 25 times by the provincial and municipal departments, there are 162 individual honours of the first, second, third and superior departments of merit. Detachment is also named the provincial traffic police system for four years to deepen learning Jinan traffic police activities demonstration detachment. Comrade Zhang Baode, secretary of the Party Committee and detachment, was honored by the Ministry of Public Security as the "National excellent people's Police". What makes the detachment look new? It is the thorough implementation of the "three represents" and "three education", the strong ideological and political work, and the construction of a strong "steel team" and "iron team." Their experience is worthy of our study and reference.
