【摘要】：在“严打”整治斗争和整顿规范市场经济秩序工作中,检察机关认真查处了一批“保护伞”案件,对这些案件的特点、规律进行认真剖析和研究,对于有针对性地开展打击和预防,进一步推动“严打”深入进行大有益处。
