福利国家青年人福利态度的比较研究

【摘要】：本文基于ISSP社会不平等主题的调查数据,选取德国、韩国、瑞典、美国4个典型的福利国家,分析比较了不同福利体制下青年人福利态度的影响因素及其特征。研究结果表明,青年人的福利态度呈现一定的自利性和钟摆式的特征,且在不同的福利体制间存在显著差异。尤其发现,不同的福利体制内部产生了特定的青年人福利态度的分化结构,同时其福利态度也存在一定程度的共识性。福利态度是政府制定社会福利政策的重要依据,研究福利国家青年人的福利态度,对研究我国青年人的福利期待、利益诉求与行为倾向具有重要的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data on the topic of social inequality in ISSP, four typical welfare states, Germany, South Korea, Sweden and the United States, are selected to analyze and compare the influencing factors and their characteristics of the welfare attitude of young people under different welfare systems. The welfare attitude of young people shows certain characteristics of self-interest and pendulum, and there are significant differences among different welfare systems. At the same time, there is also a certain degree of consensus in its welfare attitude. Welfare attitude is an important basis for the government to formulate social welfare policies. To study the welfare attitude of young people in welfare countries, and to study the welfare expectations of young people in China, Interest appeal and behavior tendency have important reference value.
