中国老年人社会弱势程度与死亡风险关系研究

【摘要】：文章利用中国老年人口健康长寿影响因素追踪调查2008和2011年数据,构建反映中国老年人口社会弱势程度的指数,探讨相关因素及其与死亡风险的关系。社会弱势程度由反映个人社会、经济、就医、心理、生活等领域11个变量构成的一个取值范围为0~1的社会弱势指数来度量。结果显示,老年人的社会弱势指数平均值为0.39(得分区间为0~0.91),女性高于男性,且随着年龄增长,社会弱势指数增加。多元回归分析结果显示,年龄、性别、城乡居住地、所在地区、婚姻状况、居住安排、生活方式、健康状况等因素均与社会弱势程度相关。生存分析结果显示,社会弱势指数得分能够预测死亡风险;这种预测力在健康人群中比在健康状况较差的群体中更明显;同时,社会弱势程度对死亡风险的预测力主要体现在社会弱势程度中等的群体中。未来的干预和政策应重视和改善老年人的整体社会状况,并且要具有针对性,以促进老年弱势人群的健康长寿。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of 2008 and 2011, the paper constructs an index reflecting the social vulnerability of the elderly population in China. To explore the correlation factors and their relationship with the risk of death. The degree of social vulnerability is measured by a social vulnerability index with a range of 0 / 1, which reflects 11 variables in the fields of individual society, economy, medical treatment, psychology, life and so on. The average social vulnerability index of the elderly was 0.39 (the score range was 0, 0.91%, the female was higher than the male, and with the increase of age, the social vulnerability index increased. Marital status, living arrangement, lifestyle, health status and other factors are related to the degree of social vulnerability. Survival analysis results show that the score of social vulnerability index can predict the risk of death; This predictive power is more pronounced in healthy people than in poorer health groups; at the same time, The predictive power of social vulnerability to death risk is mainly reflected in the group with moderate social vulnerability. Future interventions and policies should pay attention to and improve the overall social situation of the elderly, and should be targeted. In order to promote the elderly vulnerable people health and longevity.
