作为俗世主义工具的宗教治理:法国反极端教派运动的个案

【摘要】：自20世纪70年代以来,法国掀起了一股声势浩大的反极端教派运动。本文讨论法国政府所采用的应对和治理措施,并分析其背后的意识形态因素,即法国政教分离的俗世主义(la?cité)在这场运动中所扮演的角色。笔者指出法国对极端教派的治理本质上是对其俗世主义国家体制的捍卫,因此这也可以被视为一个俗世主义价值观的治理个案。总之,当代法国的反极端教派运动不仅仅是政府的法律制定和适用问题,世俗化的法兰西社会催生了一套特定的管控极端教派的手段,这些手段不仅仅旨在根除极端教派的组织力量,而是通过掀起一场社会运动来动员民众情感、整合社会,以达到维护法兰西核心的共和主义价值观的目的。
[Abstract]:Since 1970s, a powerful anti-extremist movement has been launched in France. This paper discusses the countermeasures and governance measures adopted by the French government, and analyzes the ideological factors behind it, that is, secularism and secularism in France. The author points out that France's governance of extremist sects is essentially a defence of its secular state system, so it can also be seen as a case of governance of secular values. The anti-extremist movement in contemporary France is not merely a matter of government law making and application, but the secular French society has given birth to a specific set of measures to control extremist denominations, not only to eradicate the organizational power of extremist sects, Instead, a social movement was launched to mobilize public emotion and integrate the society in order to maintain the core Republican values of France.
