【摘要】：当前,随着我国城镇化进程,农村产业结构的调整,大部分男劳力外出务工经商,农村妇女已成为农业发展的主力军,作为推进农业和农村经济结构调整、维护农村社会稳定、建设社会主义新农村的重要力量,其科技文化素质的高低已成为影响新农村建设的一个重要因素。本文通过对霞浦县农村妇女科技文化素质提升的研究,以期对农村妇女科技文化素质提升提供特定的、有价值的学术参考,同时希望本研究能够有助于霞浦县农村妇女科技文化素质现状的改善,对其他地区农村妇女科技文化素质提升有一定的借鉴意义。本文采用问卷调查、实地访谈、文献查阅和数理统计等方式,从文化程度、科技意识、科技实践能力、科技态度、科技信息获取能力和价值取向等六个方面,对霞浦县农村妇女科技文化素质现状进行了分析研究。首先通过对霞浦县农村妇女科技文化素质现状进行研究,发现农村妇女受教育程度普遍偏低,思想观念落后,科技意识不强,科技实践能力较弱,农村妇女接受新技术的态度不够积极,获得科技信息的方法渠道不多,经营管理能力与新农村建设不相适应；针对其存在的问题,论文进一步从社会因素、家庭因素以及个人因素分析了制约农村妇女科技文化素质提升的原因,最后根据农村妇女科技文化素质现状和原因提出了提升霞浦农村妇女科技文化素质的对策建议,为霞浦县的经济发展做出贡献。
[Abstract]:At present, with China's urbanization process, rural industrial structure adjustment, the majority of male migrant labor business, rural women have become the main force in the development of agriculture, as to promote the structural adjustment of agriculture and rural economy, maintaining social stability in rural areas, an important force in the construction of new socialist countryside, the scientific and cultural quality has become one of the important factors of the new rural construction. Based on the promotion of Xiapu County Rural Women's scientific and cultural quality, in order to provide to enhance the scientific and cultural quality of rural women in particular, academic reference value, at the same time, I hope this study can help Xiapu County Rural Women's scientific and cultural quality of the situation, there are certain the reference to enhance the scientific and cultural quality of rural women in other areas. This paper adopts questionnaire, interview, literature and mathematical statistics, from the cultural The degree of awareness of science and technology, science and technology practice ability, scientific attitude, six aspects of science and technology information acquisition ability and value orientation, scientific and cultural quality of rural women in Xiapu county were studied. Firstly, through the study of rural women's scientific and cultural quality status of Xiapu County, found that rural women's education is generally low, backward ideas science and technology, science and technology consciousness is not strong, weak practical ability, lack of active rural women to accept the new technology attitude channel method to obtain information of science and technology is not much, the management ability and the construction of new countryside is incompatible; to solve the existing problems, the thesis further from the social factors, family factors and personal factors of restricting rural improvement women's scientific and cultural quality, scientific and cultural quality of rural women according to the present situation and the reasons put forward to improve Xiapu rural women's culture of science and technology The countermeasures and suggestions for the quality of Xiapu county to contribute to the economic development.
