历史与现实双重视角下人民政协协商民主发展路径研究

【摘要】：人民政协协商民主是中国原发内生的民主政治形式,是近代以来历史主题制约的结果,是中国多元化社会状态的内在要求,是中国共产党领导多党合作的历史总结。当前,人民政协协商民主的理论体系渐趋成型,制度体系不断完善,协商主体能力和素质不断提高。基于人民政协协商民主存在和发展的历史逻辑和现实基础,应当走一条稳健、有序、有机、增量的制度化道路。
[Abstract]:The consultative democracy of the CPPCC is an endogenous form of democratic politics in China, a result of the restriction of historical themes since modern times, an inherent requirement of China's pluralistic social state, and a historical summary of the multi-party cooperation led by the Communist Party of China. The theoretical system of the consultative democracy of the CPPCC has gradually taken shape, the institutional system has been continuously improved, and the ability and quality of the subject of consultation have been continuously improved. Based on the historical logic and realistic basis for the existence and development of the consultative democracy of the CPPCC, we should follow a steady path. Orderly, organic, incremental institutionalization.
