【摘要】：本文对美国外资安全审查机制建立四十多年来的形成原因、历史背景、发展历程进行了全面的梳理,对其主要行政机构——美国财政部主导的外国投资委员会(CFIUS)所关注的"受管辖交易"审查情况进行了行业分析,并总结了美国外资安全审查的主要特征。在此基础上,文章深入分析了美国外资国家安全审查机制对中国的影响,提出了相关应对策略的几点建议。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the causes, historical background and development of the security review mechanism for foreign investment in the United States over 40 years have been comprehensively combed out. This paper makes an industry analysis of the review of "regulated transactions" concerned by the Committee on Foreign Investment led by the United States Treasury Department, and summarizes the main characteristics of the foreign investment security review in the United States. This paper deeply analyzes the influence of American foreign national security review mechanism on China, and puts forward some suggestions to deal with it.
