“中国模式”的若干问题研究

【摘要】：“中国模式”是自改革开放以来,在中国共产党的领导下,以马克思主义为指导思想,并将马克思主义普遍真理与中国具体实际相结合,将市场经济与社会主义制度相结合,探索符合中国国情的改革和发展道路的一场具有世界历史意义的理论和实践创新活动。从党的十一届三中全会开始,中国以体制改革为突破口,结合中国具体实际,走出了一条中国特色社会主义道路,使中国的国际地位不断提高;经济、政治、文化等方面也取得了显著成效,党和国家事业迈出了新步伐;对外工作开创了新的局面。这种成功模式得到了发展中国家和发达国家的普遍关注,并且为发展中国家探索符合自己的发展道路提供了借鉴和启示,同时也进一步丰富和发展了科学社会主义的理论与实践。随着全球性金融、经济危机的爆发,西方发达国家的发展模式以及其它发展模式经不起经济危机的冲击,无法承受经济危机带来的危害。中国面对全球性经济危机,在很短的时间内克服了困难,而且在经济和社会等各方面都有了很大的突破和超越,创造了世界奇迹。因而引起世界各国的普遍关注,使“中国模式”再次成为全球热议的焦点。本人试图对这一备受瞩目的“中国模式”的若干问题进行比较研究。全文共由三大部分组成。第一部分:“中国模式”的提出及争论。首先,概述“中国模式”的提出。其次,在概述关于“中国模式”两种不同观点的基础上,论述“中国模式”客观存在的依据。第二部分:“中国模式”的内涵。首先,在辩证分析“中国模式”与“中国特色”、“中国道路”、“中国经验”和“中国案例”等相关概念的基础上,科学界定“中国模式”的内涵。其次,进一步剖析“中国模式”的“四大支柱”。一是“中国模式”的领导者,即中国共产党。二是“中国模式”下的社会主义市场经济。它包括四个方面的特征,即“中国模式”下的市场经济基础是以公有制为基础的多种经济、“中国模式”下的市场经济手段是以市场为决定作用基础上以国家宏观调控为辅助的手段、“中国模式”下的市场经济特点是注重效率与公平的相统一、“中国模式”下的劳动者具有双重身份。三是“中国模式”下的指导思想。这一思想内蕴含着毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系。四是“中国模式”下的改革道路,即中国的改革是渐进式的改革,要正确解决改革、发展与稳定三者之间的关系以及稳步推进符合国情的经济、政治等各个方面的体制改革。第三部分:“中国模式”形成的意义及哲学启示。首先,阐述了“中国模式”形成的意义。“中国模式”对学社会主义理论与实践的丰富发展做出了重大贡献;“中国模式”为发展中国家提供可资借鉴的发展经验;“中国模式”对人类社会发展模式提供了启示。其次,进一步挖掘了“中国模式”的哲学启示。
