美国南亚战略的发展与当前转向

【摘要】：正2017年6月,美国国防部向阿富汗增兵4000人。这引起了外界对美国战略意图的猜测,也加大了人们对美国与巴基斯坦关系调整的想象空间。与此同时,在"美国优先"的背景下,美国与印度战略关系进一步推进的力度遭到质疑。目前,美国新政府工作团队并未到位。在此背景下,对21世纪以来美国南亚战略的制定、历史溯源、执行情况进行系统梳理,对近期美国国内政策辩论的思路进行解剖,有利于研判特朗普政府南亚战略的转型方向。
[Abstract]:In June 2017, the U.S. Defense Department added 4, 000 troops to Afghanistan. That raised speculation about the strategic intentions of the United States and increased the scope for imagination about the adjustment of relations between the United States and Pakistan. In the context of "U.S. priority," the strength of the U.S. strategic relationship with India has been questioned. At present, the new U.S. government work team is not in place. In this context, the U.S. strategy for South Asia since 21th century has been formulated. Tracing back to the history, systematically combing the implementation situation, and dissecting the thinking of the recent domestic policy debate in the United States, it is helpful to study the transformation direction of the Trump administration's South Asia strategy.
