【摘要】：城市社区老年人思想政治工作是社区建设和管理的一项重要工作。随着我国人口老龄化的程度逐年加重,给城市社区老年人工作提出了新的要求。为实现全面建成小康社会的宏伟目标,更应该注重社区老年人思想政治工作,帮助老年人解决思想、心理问题,更好地实现老有所养、老有所医、老有所教、老有所学、老有所为、老有所乐,提高社区老年人精神生活品质。以本溪市德峪社区为个案,采用问卷调查、访谈调查和个案分析等方式,对老年人的生活及思想状况、老年人的思想政治工作状况进行深入调研,发现问题并分析产生问题的成因,提出合理化的对策建议。调研发现社区老年人的生活情况和思想状况,思想政治工作取得一定的成绩,但仍存在一些问题有待解决。由于社区老年群体各方面存在着较大的差异,故社区老年人所存在的思想状况也就不尽相同。思想问题不解决,很难提升社区老年人的精神生活质量,老年人的精神文化建设牵动着社区、社会乃至国家的整体精神文明水平。所以,加强社区老年人的思想政治工作具有十分重要的意义。通过对课题的背景、目的、意义、研究现状、方法、创新之处、文章概念界定等进行阐述,以本溪市德峪社区老年人的基本情况和思想、心理及日常精神生活状况为基础,调查研究社区老年人思想政治工作,找到德峪社区老年人思想政治工作存在诸多问题及其原因进而分析产生问题的成因后给出对策建议。理论联系实际,以“六个老有”为重点,以加强和改进老年人思想政治工作,建设和谐社区为目标,夯实社区老年人思想政治工作基础。坚持“以人为本”,丰富老年人思想政治工作内容和形式,创新社区老年人思想政治工作方法,加强社区老年人思想政治工作评价监督体系,增强社区老年人思想政治工作的实效性。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political work of the elderly in urban communities is an important work in community construction and management. In order to realize the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, we should pay more attention to the ideological and political work of the elderly in the community, help them to solve their ideological and psychological problems, and better realize their sense of security. The elderly have a medical care, a sense of education, an old school, a sense of security, a sense of happiness, and an improvement of the quality of spiritual life of the elderly in the community. Taking the Deyu Community of Benxi City as a case, questionnaires, interviews and case studies are adopted. Through a thorough investigation of the living and ideological conditions of the elderly and the ideological and political work of the elderly, we will find out the problems and analyze the causes of the problems. Put forward rational countermeasures and suggestions. Through investigation, we find that the living conditions and ideological conditions of the elderly in the community, ideological and political work have made certain achievements. However, there are still some problems to be solved. Because there are great differences in various aspects of the community elderly groups, the ideological situation of the elderly in the community is also different. It is difficult to improve the quality of spiritual life of the elderly in the community. The spiritual and cultural construction of the elderly affects the overall level of spiritual civilization in the community, society and even the country as a whole. It is of great significance to strengthen the ideological and political work of the elderly in the community. Based on the basic situation, thought, psychology and daily spiritual life of the elderly in Deyu community of Benxi City, this paper investigates and studies the ideological and political work of the elderly in the community. Find out that there are many problems and their causes in the ideological and political work of the elderly in Deyu community, and then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions after analyzing the causes of the problems. In order to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of the elderly, to build a harmonious community, to consolidate the foundation of the ideological and political work of the elderly in the community, to adhere to "people-oriented", and to enrich the contents and forms of the ideological and political work of the elderly. Innovating the methods of ideological and political work of the elderly in community, strengthening the evaluation and supervision system of the ideological and political work of the elderly in the community, and enhancing the effectiveness of the ideological and political work of the elderly in the community.
