【摘要】：校园欺侮,又名校园欺凌。在我国,许多人都把校园欺侮看成稀松平常的小事,没有认识到校园欺侮的恶劣影响以及有可能发展到威胁学生生命安全的程度,故我们的社会对这方面的研究很少重视,并缺少相应的有效对策。而在美国、日本等许多发达国家,校园欺侮问题却受到各方面的重视,也有好多成功的应对措施和经验值得我国借鉴学习。本论文共分为四个部分:第一部分的导论首先通过对一起最近才发生并引起广泛关注的中国留美学生欺侮案件的分析引出对校园欺侮现象的一系列反思,说明美国和中国对待校园欺侮的重视程度有着巨大差距;而且,国外对于校园欺侮的研究已经取得了相当的成果,特别是美国和日本,校园欺侮的多发推动了相关研究的深入开展;在我国,现有的研究也有了相当成果但依然存在不足之处。第二部分是介绍校园欺侮行为的基本概况。欺侮(bulling)在广义上是欺负与侮辱含义的综合,在狭义上与校园欺侮则可以混用;校园欺侮与校园暴力是一对既有联系也有区别的概念;欺侮可以划分为直接欺侮(身体欺侮、言语欺侮)和间接欺侮(关系),而网络欺侮是校园欺侮的一种新形式;校园欺侮包含于犯罪学意义上的犯罪概念,校园欺侮与其他犯罪之间存在着递进转化、滋生辅助、吸引招惹等三种具体关系。第三部分首先从多个国外理论的角度、结合相关案例对校园欺侮进行剖析,包括犯罪生物学、犯罪心理学、犯罪社会学等等。这些理论从各个层面(如欺侮者、受欺侮者心理、学校环境、社会影响等)发掘了校园欺侮的成因。然后再介绍理论指导下的国外对策,为我们防治校园欺侮现象开拓了视野、提出多种解决途径。第四部分是建议基于我国国情、再借鉴国外成功经验,建设完善中小学校园欺侮的综合防治体系,从政府、社会、学校、家庭等各个层面展开行动。在政府层面,要完善校园欺侮的法律防治,制定有效的政策、计划;在社会层面,要探索校园欺侮的社工组织的介入方式;在学校层面,要针对校园欺侮现象加强教育和管理;在家庭层面,要注重对校园欺侮现象的监督、对损害进行修复。
[Abstract]:Campus bullying, also known as campus bullying. In our country, many people regard campus bullying as a trivial matter and fail to recognize the adverse effects of campus bullying and its possible development to a degree that threatens the lives of students. Therefore, our society pays little attention to this aspect of research and lacks corresponding effective countermeasures. However, in many developed countries, such as the United States and Japan, the problem of bullying on campus has received attention from all sides. There are also many successful countermeasures and experiences that our country can learn from. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is an introduction to the bullying cases of Chinese students in the United States that have only recently taken place and aroused widespread concern. The analysis of the article leads to a series of reflections on the bullying phenomenon on campus. This shows that there is a huge gap between the United States and China in the importance of campus bullying; moreover, considerable results have been achieved in foreign research on campus bullying, especially in the United States and Japan. The high incidence of bullying on campus promotes the further development of relevant research; in our country, The second part is to introduce the basic situation of bullying behavior on campus. Bullying bulling in a broad sense is a comprehensive meaning of bullying and insult, and in a narrow sense can be mixed with campus bullying; Campus bullying and campus violence are both related and different concepts, bullying can be divided into direct bullying (physical bullying, verbal bullying) and indirect bullying (relationship), while network bullying is a new form of campus bullying. Campus bullying contains the concept of crime in the sense of criminology. There are three kinds of specific relationships between campus bullying and other crimes, such as progressive transformation, breeding assistance, attraction, etc. The third part starts from the perspective of many foreign theories. Combined with relevant cases to analyze campus bullying, including criminal biology, criminal psychology, criminal sociology and so on. These theories are from various levels (such as bullies, bullies psychology, school environment, etc.). Then it introduces the foreign countermeasures under the guidance of the theory, opens up the vision for us to prevent and cure the bullying phenomenon on campus, and puts forward various ways to solve it. The fourth part is the suggestion based on the national conditions of our country. And then learn from the successful experience of foreign countries, build and improve the comprehensive prevention and control system of bullying in primary and secondary schools, and carry out actions from the government, society, school, family and other levels. At the government level, we should improve the legal prevention and control of bullying on campus. To formulate effective policies and plans; to explore, at the social level, the ways in which social workers are involved in bullying on campus; at the school level, to strengthen education and management in response to bullying on campus; and at the family level, Attention should be paid to the supervision of bullying on campus, damage repair.
