周恩来的协商民主思想探析

【摘要】：周恩来自土地大革命后期起,就长期负责中国共产党的统一战线工作。在半个多世纪的革命与建设实践中,周恩来探索出了独特的特色协商民主理论。这个理论是周恩来“为中华之崛起”而将马克思主义辩证哲学、政治学原理与中国具体实际紧密结合的实践总结。本文共分为四章。第一章为绪论。介绍了本文的研究背景、研究现状、研究价值和研究亮点。第二章为周恩来协商民主思想的历史考察。考察了周恩来协商民主思想的发展脉络,可分为四个时期:一、萌芽:反袁运动与南开求学时期(1913-1919年);二、发展:“五四运动”与新民主主义革命时期(1919-1949年);三、丰富:新政协会议与社会主义改造时期(1949-1956年);四、成熟:中共八大与社会主义建设时期(1956-1976年)。第三章为周恩来协商民主思想的主要内容。包括五个主体内容:协商民主的性质地位、具体对象、遵循原则、重大意义。最后一章为周恩来协商民主思想的价值评析。周恩来可谓是中国特色社会主义协商民主理论的“开山鼻祖”,其协商民主思想具有很强的理论指导性和现实针对性,为新时期的研究提供了宝贵的历史经验、理论指导、制度参考。周恩来协商民主思想继承和发展了马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想关于人民民主统一战线的理论,同时又为中国特色社会主义理论体系关于社会主义民主理论奠定了法理基础和历史经验,是中国共产党和中国人民极为宝贵、不容遗忘的奋斗成果和思想财富。
[Abstract]:Zhou Enlai has been responsible for the United front work of the Communist Party of China for a long time since the late Land Revolution. In the revolution and construction practice of more than half a century, Zhou Enlai has explored a unique theory of deliberative democracy with unique characteristics. This theory is the dialectical philosophy of Marxism "for the rise of China." This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. Chapter two is the historical investigation of Zhou Enlai's thought of deliberative democracy. Chapter two examines the developing context of the thought of consultative democracy. It can be divided into four periods: first, the germination: the anti-Yuan Movement and the period of Nankai's study in 1913-1919; the second, the period of 1913-1919; Development: the May 4th Movement and the period of the New Democratic Revolution 1919-1949; third, richness: the New CPPCC session and the period of Socialist Transformation (1949-1956); fourth, Maturity: the eighth Congress of the Communist Party of China and the period of Socialist Construction during 1956-1976. The third chapter is the main content of Zhou Enlai's thought of deliberative democracy. It includes five main contents: the nature and status of deliberative democracy, the specific object, and the principle. Great significance. The last chapter is the value analysis of Zhou Enlai's deliberative democracy. Zhou Enlai can be described as the "ancestor" of the socialist consultative democracy theory with Chinese characteristics, and his theory of consultative democracy has strong theoretical guidance and practical pertinence. It provides valuable historical experience, theoretical guidance, and institutional reference for the study of the new period. Zhou Enlai's consultative democratic thought inherits and develops the Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong's theory of the people's democratic United front, At the same time, it has laid a legal foundation and historical experience for the socialist democratic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which is a precious and unforgettable achievement of struggle and ideological wealth of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese people.
