社会主义协商民主的多维价值、比较优势与提升路径

【摘要】：社会主义协商民主在现实中呈现出多样化的形态,无论是作为民主形式、公共决策的协商民主,还是公共治理的协商民主,都体现出了社会主义协商民主的多维价值。由于中西方政治制度、历史文化和意识形态的不同,使中西方协商民主具有不同的生成逻辑和发展脉络,两者在历史背景、政党基础、文化基因和实践程度等方面存在较大区别。社会主义协商民主具有独特性和优越性,是我国的基本民主形式之一。进一步提升和完善社会主义协商民主,关键路径在于推进社会主义协商民主广泛、多层、制度化发展。
[Abstract]:Socialist deliberative democracy presents a variety of forms in reality. Whether as a form of democracy, the consultative democracy of public decision-making or the deliberative democracy of public governance, it embodies the multidimensional value of socialist consultative democracy.Due to the differences in political system, history, culture and ideology between China and the West, the deliberative democracy between China and the West has different logic of formation and development, both of which are based on the historical background and political party.There are great differences in the cultural genes and the degree of practice.Socialist deliberative democracy, with its uniqueness and superiority, is one of the basic forms of democracy in China.To further promote and perfect socialist consultative democracy, the key path lies in promoting the extensive, multilayered and institutionalized development of socialist consultative democracy.
