马克思正义思想及其当代价值

【摘要】：正义是关乎人类社会生活的永恒话题,是人们追求幸福生活的理论基础。长期以来,正义问题是关系经济社会向前发展的一个难题,也是实现人们自由健康发展的难题。随着马克思思想的产生,尤其是马克思正义思想的问世,为人类解决正义问题提供了科学指导。马克思正义思想不是一蹴而就的,而是在不断吸收和继承前人理论的基础之上经过自身的加工和创新而形成的,是在“取其精华、弃其糟粕”的基础上形成的。然而,纵观多年研究者对马克思正义思想的研究我们不难发现,其马克思的正义思想并未得到充分的发掘和系统的阐述。开展对马克思正义思想研究,理论上有助于进一步丰富和发展马克思的正义思想:有助于发展中国特色社会主义的正义理论。实践上有助于构建社会主义和谐社会,有助于早日实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。本文分四个部分。首先,阐述本论文在的写作依据和意义从理论和现实两个方面来展开阐述。其次,研究马克思正义思想的理论渊源和形成过程,马克思正义思想是吸收和继承古希腊哲学、德国古典哲学、英国古典政治经济学、法国空想社会主义的基础上经过萌发、发展最终达到成熟阶段。再次,对马克思正义思想的主要内容和特点进行分析。马克思正义思想主要从经济方面的生产、分配、交换、消费四个领域展开经济方面争议研究:政治方面的争议从自由、平等、民主三个方面来展开研究;还有对文化方面正义思想的研究。通过对马克思正义思想的主要内容研究展示了其思想所具有的科学性、革命性、实践性、历史性的特点。最后,在马克思主要内容的基础上来展开论述马克思正义思想对我国当代的关照。先从政治、经济、文化三个方面来分析现阶段我国存在的非正义问题,在我国现存非正义问题的基础上,再结合马克思的正义思想,从实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的视角出发,进一步挖掘马克思正义思想的当代价值,深化对社会发展规律的认识,从而为建设一个经济上富强、物质上文明、政治上民主、社会上和谐的新兴国家而努力奋斗。
[Abstract]:Justice is an eternal topic related to human social life and a theoretical basis for people to pursue a happy life.For a long time, the problem of justice is not only a difficult problem related to the development of economy and society, but also a difficult problem to realize people's free and healthy development.With the emergence of Marx's thought, especially the appearance of Marx's justice thought, it provides scientific guidance for mankind to solve the problem of justice.Marx's thought of justice was not accomplished overnight, but formed on the basis of absorbing and inheriting the previous theories through its own processing and innovation, and formed on the basis of "taking its essence and abandoning its dross".However, it is not difficult to find out that Marx's just thought has not been fully explored and systematically expounded.To carry out the research on Marx's justice thought is helpful to enrich and develop Marx's justice thought in theory and to develop the justice theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In practice, it helps to build a harmonious socialist society and to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation at an early date.This paper is divided into four parts.First of all, this paper expounds the writing basis and significance from the theoretical and practical aspects.Secondly, studying the theoretical origin and forming process of Marx's justice thought, Marx's justice thought is to absorb and inherit the ancient Greek philosophy, the German classical philosophy, the British classical political economy, the French utopian socialism after germination.The development finally reaches the mature stage.Thirdly, the main contents and characteristics of Marx's thought of justice are analyzed.Marx's ideas of justice mainly focus on the economic aspects of production, distribution, exchange and consumption: political disputes are carried out from three aspects: freedom, equality and democracy;There is also the study of the thought of justice in culture.By studying the main contents of Marx's thought of justice, the author shows the scientific, revolutionary, practical and historical characteristics of his thought.Finally, on the basis of Marx's main content, it discusses Marx's thought of justice to our contemporary care.First of all, from the political, economic and cultural aspects of the analysis of the current existence of injustice in China, on the basis of the existing unjust problems in our country, and then combined with Marx's ideas of justice,From the perspective of Chinese Dream, who has realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, he further excavated the contemporary value of Marx's thought of justice, deepened his understanding of the law of social development, so as to build a rich and powerful economy, a material civilization and a political democracy.Social harmony in the emerging countries and strive hard.
