【摘要】：党的十八届五中全会立足文明转型期国际社会的复杂局势和中国改革开放新时期所面临的一系列发展难题、困境和挑战,审时度势,适时提出了创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的“五大发展理念”,科学总结、有效借鉴、辩证扬弃了以往狭隘的西方现代化发展理念的固有弊端和病症,堪称马克思主义社会发展理论之最新成果。一方面,“五大发展理念”立足“美好世界”与“美好生活”的价值逻辑,着眼发展理念、发展模式和发展实践的全面变革与创新,致力于经济社会发展与人的全面发展的内在有机统一;另一方面,“五大发展理念”本着共生、共在、共享、共荣的宗旨,力图将人、自然、社会置于一个真实的有机整体的生命共同体中,贡献了面向未来,具有中国特色、中国气派、中国风格的发展合理性问题上的“中国方案”。“五大发展理念”彰显了独特的理论魅力和理论品质,以及中国特色社会主义实践的宏伟新局面和卓越新境界,构成新一届领导集体之治国理政新理念新思想新战略的思想原点。
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, based on the complex situation of the international community in the period of civilization transformation and a series of development difficulties, dilemmas and challenges faced by China in the new period of reform and opening up, reviewed the situation and put forward innovation, coordination, green, and openness at the right time.The shared "five development concepts", which are scientifically summed up, effectively used for reference, dialectically sublate the inherent malpractice and illness of the narrow western modern development concept, can be regarded as the latest achievements of Marxist social development theory.On the one hand, based on the value logic of "a better world" and "a good life", the "five development concepts" focus on the overall reform and innovation of the development concept, development model and development practice.Committed to the economic and social development and the overall development of the internal organic unity; on the other hand, the "five development concepts" in the spirit of symbiosis, common presence, sharing, common prosperity, trying to bring people, nature,The society is placed in a real organic whole life community, and has contributed the "Chinese plan" on the question of facing the future, having Chinese characteristic, Chinese style and the development rationality of Chinese style.The "five Great Development Concepts" have demonstrated the unique theoretical charm and theoretical quality, as well as the magnificent new situation and outstanding new realm of socialist practice with Chinese characteristics.Constitute the new leadership of the new concept of governance, new ideas and new ideas of the ideological origin of the new strategy.
