【摘要】：观大势、谋全局,是习近平总书记系列重要讲话蕴含的一条重要思想方法和工作方法。所谓观大势,就是以历史眼光和全球视野,观人类历史发展规律和潮流的大势,总结经验,把握方向,坚定自信;观国内外形势发展变化的大势,正确分析研判形势,抓住机遇,顺势而为;观潜在的不利因素发展变化的大势,未雨绸缪,因势利导,化危为机。所谓谋全局,就是谋全面,坚持全面、系统、联系地观察和解决问题;就是谋整体,坚持整体观念和系统思维、战略思维方法,加强顶层设计和对事物的整体把握;就是谋大局、谋长远,算大账、算政治账,从整体利益出发,顾全大局,防止局部利益相互掣肘;就是谋关键,在对全局的把握之中正确区分主要矛盾和次要矛盾、矛盾的主要方面和次要方面,善于抓住主要矛盾和矛盾的主要方面有效解决矛盾,赢得全局主动。这一思想方法和工作方法,是马克思主义哲学与中国传统文化相结合的集中体现,丰富和发展了马克思主义哲学,体现了当代中国共产党人的视野、胸襟和气魄。
