消费升级对养老服务供给侧调整的启示

【摘要】：通过实证分析,得出居民消费升级的结论,体现为城乡结构、区域结构、产品层次、消费模式的升级。根据均衡理论、需求层次理论等经济学原理,需求侧的消费升级促使供给侧的产业转型以及养老服务供给应由供养型向医护型模式转型。针对人才缺口大、投资动力不足、服务对象支付能力低等问题,建议在制度保障、政策支持、人才培养机制方面要做出积极调整。
[Abstract]:Through the empirical analysis, the author draws the conclusion of residential consumption upgrading, which is embodied in the upgrading of urban and rural structure, regional structure, product level and consumption pattern.According to the equilibrium theory, the theory of hierarchy of demand and other economic principles, the consumption upgrading on the demand side promotes the industrial transformation on the supply side and the transition of the supply of old-age services from the dependent type to the medical model.Aiming at the problems of large talent gap, insufficient investment power and low ability to pay for service, it is suggested that we should make positive adjustments in the aspects of system guarantee, policy support and talent training mechanism.
