文化强国背景下城市社区文化建设的途径研究

【摘要】：文化是民族之血脉,是人民精神的家园。党的十八大再次把文化强国的伟大梦想提上了议程,确立了扎实推进文化强国建设的战略部署。在我国基层治理模式从街居制向社区制转换的今天,“社区文化建设”这个名词也被多次提起。社区作为人民日常生活的基本空间,在人民的生活中扮演着越来越重要的地位。同时,社区作为国家治理的基层单元,在国家治理的过程中也越显重要。人民的文化需求和社区息息相关,国家文化建设目标的实现也离不开社区。因此,从社区着手,把推进文化建设落到实处,把文化建设目标和人民的文化诉求结合起来,在满足人民的文化需要的前提下进行文化建设,能使十八大关于文化强国的政策落到实处。本文从分析现阶段我国经济、社会发展的基本状况出发,以马克思主义基本原理为基础,以扎实推进文化强国建设的大背景为契机,以城市社区这个微观环境为落脚点,详细探讨了文化建设的途径。为了把文化强国与城市社区文化建设更好的结合在一起,探索更有效的城市社区文化建设的方法,本文的第二章详细阐述了“文化强国”的相关概念,并回顾了文化强国理念形成和发展的历程；同时解释了“社区文化建设”的相关定义,并总结了我国城市社区文化建设的发展历程与阶段性成果。从而分析两者间的联系,为之后的问题分析提供了基础。在此基础上,第三章从城市社区文化建设的主体、客体、内容和模式四个方面展开,分析城市社区文化建设的现状,探究各自面临的问题并分析了问题出现的原因。基于前两章,全文的第四章结合文化强国建设的发展对城市社区文化建设提出的新要求,针对城市社区文化建设的四个方面,提出文化强国背景下我国城市社区文化建设应朝着主体多元化、客体专业化、内容多样化和模式社会化的方向开展工作,并提出了具体的途径。
[Abstract]:Culture is the blood of the nation and the home of the people's spirit.The Party's 18th National Congress once again put the great dream of a cultural power on the agenda, and established a strategic plan to promote the construction of a cultural power in a down-to-earth manner.In our country, the mode of grass-roots governance is changing from street residence system to community system, the term "community culture construction" has been mentioned many times.As the basic space of people's daily life, community plays a more and more important role in people's life.At the same time, as the basic unit of national governance, community is more and more important in the process of national governance.People's cultural needs and communities are closely related, and the realization of the goal of national cultural construction can not be separated from the community.Therefore, starting from the community, we should put the promotion of cultural construction into practice, combine the goal of cultural construction with the cultural aspirations of the people, and carry out cultural construction on the premise of satisfying the cultural needs of the people.It can make the policy of the 18 th National Congress on the cultural power come into effect.Starting from the analysis of the basic conditions of our country's economic and social development at the present stage, based on the basic principles of Marxism, taking the background of solid promotion of cultural power as an opportunity, and taking the micro environment of urban community as its foothold,The ways of cultural construction are discussed in detail.In order to better combine the cultural power with the cultural construction of the urban community and explore more effective methods of the cultural construction of the urban community, the second chapter of this paper elaborates on the related concepts of the "cultural power".At the same time, it explains the definition of "community culture construction", and summarizes the development course and stage achievement of our country's urban community culture construction.Thus, the relationship between the two is analyzed, which provides the basis for the later problem analysis.On this basis, the third chapter starts from the subject, object, content and mode of the construction of urban community culture, analyzes the present situation of the construction of urban community culture, explores the problems they face and analyzes the causes of the problems.Based on the first two chapters, the fourth chapter of this paper aims at the four aspects of the construction of urban community culture, combining with the new requirements of the development of the cultural power construction for the urban community culture construction.This paper puts forward that the construction of urban community culture in our country should be diversified in subject, specialization in object, diversification in content and socialization in mode under the background of cultural power, and some concrete ways are put forward.
