民主标准问题的中国方案

【摘要】：衡量政治制度是否民主的标准,是一个国家发展民主政治的基本前提。多党竞争、三权分立与自由选举,是以美国为首的西方国家基于自己的国情设定的民主标准,但并不具有普遍适用性。能否充分调动人民积极性、保持高效率和社会稳定,是邓小平为中国特色社会主义民主设定的基本标准。在此基础之上,习近平提出的评价一个国家政治制度是否民主的八条标准,是中国共产党关于民主标准问题的制度化成果。中国人民正在以自己的探索,为人类社会民主政治的发展,提出崭新的中国方案,作出自己的独特贡献。
[Abstract]:The standard to measure whether the political system is democratic is the basic premise for a country to develop democratic politics. Multi-party competition, separation of powers and free elections are democratic standards set by the United States-led western countries on the basis of their own national conditions, but they are not universally applicable. Whether we can fully arouse the enthusiasm of the people and maintain high efficiency and social stability is the basic standard set by Deng Xiaoping for socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics. On this basis, Xi Jinping's eight criteria for evaluating whether a country's political system is democratic are the achievements of the Communist Party of China's institutionalization of democratic standards. The Chinese people are making their own unique contribution to the development of democracy and politics in human society through their own exploration.
