【摘要】：20世纪初,为了应对工业化和城市化迅速发展所带来的一系列问题,美国社会各界自发兴起了一场改革运动,乡村生活运动是此运动的重要组成部分。此运动从西奥多·罗斯福总统的关注和成立乡村生活委员会开始,通过委员会的广泛调查研究,发现了美国农村普遍存在对土地工作者固有权利漠视、公路交通条件差、土壤退化、农业劳力缺乏、乡村卫生健康状况不佳等问题,进而对这些问题进行了相应的改革,一定程度上促进了美国农村社会经济文化的发展。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 20th century, in order to deal with a series of problems brought by the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, a reform movement emerged spontaneously in American society, of which the rural life movement is an important part. The movement began with the concern of President Theodore Roosevelt and the establishment of the Committee on Rural Life. Through extensive investigation and research by the Commission, it was found that widespread disregard for the inherent rights of land workers and poor road traffic conditions existed in rural areas in the United States. The problems of soil degradation, lack of agricultural labor and poor health in rural areas have been reformed to a certain extent, which has promoted the development of social economy and culture in the rural areas of the United States.
