康德国际关系思想刍议

【摘要】：在国际关系思想史上，康德是一位非常重要的人物。按照国际关系学说史上惯常的自由主义与保守主义、理想主义与现实主义之类的二元划分，康德的国际关系思想属于前者，，然而这并非一个完整的康德。实际上，康德的和平哲学与其说是乐观自信的，毋宁说是慷慨悲壮的，启蒙运动的乐观精神并未消解他在这个问题上的矛盾。而且，无论在人、国家还是国际体系的层面上，他的一些具体看法也比深受其影响的当代自由主义—理想主义的一般信条来得复杂。在冷战后西方自由主义国际关系理论再度行时的背景下，通过对康德有关文本的解读，辨明他与当代自由主义国际关系理论的联系与区别，无疑具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Kant is a very important figure in the history of international relations. According to the usual division of liberalism and conservatism idealism and realism in the history of international relations Kant's thought on international relations belongs to the former but it is not a complete Kant. In fact, Kant's philosophy of peace is not so much optimistic and confident as generous and tragic, and the optimism of the Enlightenment has not dispelled his contradiction on this issue. Moreover, at the human, national and international levels, some of his specific views are more complex than the general tenets of contemporary liberalism-idealism that are deeply influenced. Under the background that the western liberalism international relations theory goes on again after the cold war, it is undoubtedly of great practical significance to distinguish the connection and difference between Kant and the contemporary liberal international relations theory through the interpretation of Kant's relevant texts.
