“幼童在港便溺”事件中的网民评论及“网络暴民”现象分析

【摘要】：2014年4月23日,一组“‘幼童在港便溺’真相还原"的新闻成为各大网站的头条。凤凰卫视、闾丘露薇及事件中的当事人成为网民们评论的对象,网民们各抒己见,褒贬不一,很多评论盲辞激烈,态度极端,甚至充斥着人身攻击和侮辱谩骂的内容。在一件普通的社会道德事件中,网民们的评论具有怎样的特点,是否存在“网络暴民”现象,对网络舆论又会有怎样的影响；如何去规范和引导网民新闻评论,构建健康和谐的网络空间?带着这些问题,我开始了对本次课题的分析。本论文主要针对的对象是网民评论及“网络暴民”这种现象,而非“网络暴民”。本文选取腾讯网《今日话题》“幼童在港便溺”事件中的网民评论为具体的研究对象,文本选取时间为2014年4月23日至2014年5月23日,共计1151条,其中有效文本1147条。本文通过文本分析法对所选取的文本进行态度、观点等方面的统计与分析,发现在网民新闻评论中确实存在“网络暴民”这一现象,具体体现在人身攻击和网络审判两个方面。本文认为“网络暴民”现象产生的原因主要是网络新闻评论的匿名性、网民心态的浮躁化、网络运作的商业化和网民心态的从众化；“网络暴民”现象对于网络舆论的影响主要体现在：放大了民族主义情绪,强化了道德审判倾向,加速了话语权结构变化,异化了舆论监督效果。本文认为规范和引导网民新闻评论健康发展的具体措施包括三个方面,即,网民应提高媒介素养,理性表达观点；媒体应加强自律,提高社会责任意识；政府应优化网络舆论生态,规范网络管理。让网民、媒体与政府之间相互协作,共同解决网络暴民现象,培养理性公民,共同引导网络舆论环境,使其健康有序发展。
[Abstract]:On April 23, 2014, a group of "Children defecate in Hong Kong to restore the truth" made headlines on major websites. Phoenix Satellite TV, Lu Qiu Luwei and the parties involved in the incident became the subject of comments by netizens, who expressed their own views and gave different reviews. Many of the comments were vehement, extreme, and even full of personal attacks and insults and abuse. In an ordinary social and moral event, what are the characteristics of the comments of netizens, whether there is a phenomenon of "Internet mob", what kind of influence will it have on public opinion on the Internet, how to standardize and guide Internet news commentary, Constructing a healthy and harmonious Network Space? With these questions in mind, I began to analyze this topic. This thesis is mainly aimed at the phenomenon of Internet users' comments and online mob, rather than the 'Internet mob'. This paper selects the Internet users' comments in the case of "Young Children defecating in Hong Kong" in QQ.com "Today topic" as the specific research object. The text is selected from April 23, 2014 to May 23, 2014, with a total of 1151 articles, 1147 of which are valid texts. Based on the statistics and analysis of the selected text in terms of attitude and viewpoint, this paper finds that the phenomenon of "Internet mob" does exist in the news commentary of Internet users, which is embodied in two aspects: personal attack and network trial. This paper holds that the causes of the phenomenon of "network mob" are mainly the anonymity of the network news comment, the impetuous attitude of the netizens, the commercialization of the network operation and the conformity of the Internet users' mentality. The influence of "network mob" phenomenon on network public opinion is mainly reflected in: magnifying the nationalist mood, strengthening the tendency of moral judgment, accelerating the change of the structure of discourse power, and dissimilating the effect of supervision by public opinion. This paper holds that the concrete measures to standardize and guide the healthy development of netizens' news criticism include three aspects: first, netizens should improve their media literacy, rationally express their views, and the media should strengthen their self-discipline and enhance their sense of social responsibility. The government should optimize the network public opinion ecology and standardize the network management. Let the Internet users, the media and the government cooperate with each other, jointly solve the phenomenon of network mob, train rational citizens, jointly guide the network public opinion environment, make its healthy and orderly development.
