价值维度视域下中国道路性质探究

【摘要】：改革开放30余年,中国特色社会主义道路取得的成就举世瞩目,国际范围内展开的关于“北京共识”“中国模式”“中国经验”“中国奇迹”“中国之谜”的讨论,充分彰显了中国特色社会主义的生机与魅力。同时,虽然中国特色社会主义的伟大实践吸引了世界的目光,但也因其充满着不同发展模式,不同文明要素的纠结甚至胶着状态而给人们正确认知中国道路的性质、未来及其意义带来挑战。笔者以为,只有从价值维度来审视中国道路的社会属性和历史方位,弄清楚道路的本质属性,才能真正做到道路自信、理论自信、制度自信。因为价值追求才是制度设计的灵魂与国家认同的载体。本文拟从价值维度阐释中国道路的社会主义追求。首先,从道路的普遍与特殊性出发,解析发展道路一般的诠释路径与研究范式,进而推及到中国道路的基本内涵,强调应把研究重心放在社会主义的价值目标方面。其次,通过对中国道路目标指向的追问,追溯各社会主义学说对价值目标的规定性及实现途径,运用社会主义价值四维度理论框架剖析中国道路价值追求的实现程度,从而得出结论:纵观改革开放的历史进程,无论是相比西方现代化走过的路,亦或是相比我们自己的前30年,中国道路的综合发展成效相对于社会主义核心价值目标更接近了。中国道路超越了马克思恩格斯等经典作家的理论预设,超越了苏联式的传统社会主义,超越了新自由主义、民主社会主义等西方实践,这种“超越”,主要体现在“制度—手段”上,而非“价值—目标”上。前者可以是“特色的”,而后者则是“普世的”。从社会主义价值维度来考察中国道路,不仅仅在于肯定成绩,明确方位,更是为了在肯定实然的同时直面发展中的问题,直面我们当前与社会主义应然之间的差距。事实上,一个国家的软实力,不仅表现在文化方面,更表现在制度和意识形态方面。只有从社会主义价值维度来审视中国道路,才能有助于我们系统总结改革开放的实践经验,才能看清这个世界正在失去什么,我们又希冀什么,从而认清中国道路的未来方向与发展趋势。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, the achievements in the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics have attracted worldwide attention. The international discussion on the "Beijing consensus", "China Model," "China experience," "China Miracle," "China Mystery," It fully demonstrates the vitality and charm of socialism with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, although the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics has attracted the attention of the world, it has also given people a correct understanding of the nature of the Chinese road because it is full of different development models, entangled in different elements of civilization and even stuck in a state of glue. The future and its meaning present challenges. The author thinks that only by examining the social attribute and historical orientation of the Chinese road from the value dimension, and making clear the essential attribute of the road, can we truly achieve road confidence, theoretical confidence and institutional confidence. Because the pursuit of value is the soul of institutional design and the carrier of national identity. This paper intends to explain the socialist pursuit of the Chinese road from the value dimension. First of all, from the point of view of the universality and particularity of the road, this paper analyzes the general annotating path and research paradigm of the road of development, and then deduces the basic connotation of the road in China, and emphasizes that the focus of the research should be on the value goal of socialism. Secondly, by questioning the direction of China's road goals, tracing back the prescriptions and ways of realization of the value goals in various socialist theories, the paper analyzes the degree of realization of China's road value pursuit by using the four-dimensional theoretical framework of socialist value. It is concluded that the comprehensive development effect of China's road is closer to the core value goal of socialism than the western modernization and the first 30 years of our own in the historical process of reform and opening up. China's road surpasses the theoretical presupposition of classical writers such as Marx and Engels, the Soviet style of traditional socialism, and Western practices such as neo-liberalism, democratic socialism, and so on. It is mainly embodied in system-means rather than value-goal. The former can be characteristic, while the latter is universal. To examine China's road from the perspective of socialist value is not only to affirm achievements and definite orientation, but also to face the problems in development and the gap between us and socialism at the same time. In fact, a country's soft power, not only in culture, but also in the system and ideology. Only by examining China's road from the socialist value dimension can we systematically sum up the practical experience of reform and opening up and see what the world is losing and what we hope for. In order to recognize the future direction of China's road and development trend.
