美国政治文化转型与两岸关系

【摘要】：特朗普的当选标志着美国当代政治文化转型的正式启动。该转型的基本动力源于美国霸权衰落、体制僵化和观念演变,推动其政治价值观和政治行为的极端化发展,并强化了对美国政治制度的怀疑。美国政治文化的转型对其外交战略可能产生重大影响,大致包括现实主义的霸权衰落管理、理想主义的霸权重建和冒险主义的中国崛起管理三个方面。在这一外交战略调整之中,台湾地区因其特殊地位可为美国提供"四两拨千斤"的重要筹码。尽管"一个中国"原则是中美关系的重要基础,但不能低估美国政治文化转型的极端主义要素,大陆在应对美国政治文化转型、外交战略调整对两岸关系的潜在冲击时,应当做好更为全面、宏观和长远的战略准备。
[Abstract]:Trump's election marks the official start of the transformation of contemporary American political culture. The basic motive force of this transformation is the decline of American hegemony, the rigidity of the system and the evolution of ideas, which promotes the extreme development of its political values and behaviors, and strengthens its doubts about the American political system. The transformation of American political culture may have a great influence on its diplomatic strategy, including the decline of realism, the reconstruction of idealism and the management of adventurism in China. In this diplomatic strategic adjustment, the Taiwan region, because of its special status, can provide the United States with an important bargaining chip of "four or two thousand catties." Although the "one China" principle is an important basis for Sino-US relations, the extremist elements of the political and cultural transformation of the United States cannot be underestimated. When the mainland responds to the potential impact of the US political and cultural transformation and diplomatic strategic readjustment on cross-strait relations, More comprehensive, macro and long-term strategic preparations should be made.
