对“孤立无援”未成年人的个案工作介入

【摘要】：本文是一篇以系统理论为基础,对陷入“孤立无援”困境的未成年人进行社会工作介入的探索性研究。国内对未成年人社会工作介入研究已经取得了一定的进展,但干预的理论基础以认知行为理论、优势视角、增权理论为主。较少从系统理论视角出发,分别对未成年人的微观、中观、宏观系统进行介入。在此次研究中,笔者尝试用系统理论来评估案主所处的“孤立无援”困境的原因。在分析中发现了案主“孤立无援”的处境,是多个系统共同作用的结果,在微观系统中主要表现为案主系统本身的弱势地位,未成年人生理、心理、社会发展的不成熟导致案主无法应对所面临的困境。从中观系统来看,案主家庭系统中存在次系统界限不清,家庭结构病态,家庭交往方式不合理等问题,都容易直接使未成年人陷入困境或在未成年人陷入困境后得不到来自家庭系统的援助。从宏观系统来讲,主要是资源链接不良,导致案主在陷入困境后,不知道如何从宏观系统,如社区系统,社会组织,司法组织中获取资源,得到“援助”。最后,笔者通过对这个个案的介入得出结论,未成年人“孤立无援”困境的产生是微观系统、中观系统及宏观系统共同作用的结果,只针对某一个系统开展服务并不能很好的解决问题。因此,社会工作者的介入必须以一个全面、系统的视角,针对微观系统(案主系统)、中观系统、宏观系统中存在的不同问题,层层递进,逐个击破。
[Abstract]:Based on the system theory, this paper is an exploratory study on the social work intervention of the minors who are trapped in the plight of "isolation and helplessness". Some progress has been made in the study of the social work intervention of minors in China, but the theoretical basis of intervention is cognitive behavior theory, advantage perspective and empowerment theory. Less from the perspective of system theory, the minor micro -, meso -, macro-system intervention. In this study, the author tries to use the system theory to evaluate the reasons of the "isolation" dilemma. In the analysis, it is found that the situation of the victim is "isolated and helpless", which is the result of the joint action of many systems. In the micro system, it is mainly manifested in the weak position of the victim system itself, the physiology and psychology of the minor. Due to the immaturity of social development, the victim is unable to cope with the predicament he is facing. From the perspective of the meso system, there are some problems in the family system of the victim, such as unclear sub-system boundaries, pathological family structure, unreasonable ways of family communication, etc. It is easy for minors to get into difficulties directly or without assistance from family system after they fall into difficulties. As far as macro system is concerned, it is mainly due to the poor link of resources, which results in the owner of the crime getting into difficulties and not knowing how to obtain resources from macro systems, such as community system, social organization and judicial organization, and get "assistance". Finally, through the intervention of this case, the author concludes that the emergence of the plight of minors "isolated and helpless" is the result of the interaction of micro system, meso system and macro system. Service only for one system is not a good solution. Therefore, the intervention of social workers must be from a comprehensive and systematic perspective, aiming at the different problems existing in the micro system (the principal system, the mesoscopic system, and the macro system), one by one, one by one.
